IOD TGA-K On-line Transformer Gas Analyzer

TGA-K Photoacoustic Spectroscopy (Laser) On-Line Monitoring System for Transformer Oil is one of the subsystems of the newly developed insulation on-line monitoring systems launched by LINKEL.

The device adopts laser spectroscopy technology, jointly developed by LINKEL together with engineers from China, Germany and the United States, and is optimally designed specifically for on-line monitoring of transformer oil with superior sensitivity and measurement accuracy.

This new on-line oil monitoring product equipped with laser spectroscopy technology can fully replace bench-top chromatographs. The instrument features a fully Chinese man-machine interactive menu interface for easy operation. It can be directly installed on-site beside transformers to perform continuous automatic sampling and automatic detection of dissolved gases and trace moisture in transformer oil. Via wired or wireless communication, it connects to terminal computers in the main control room and transmits real-time data of dissolved gases and trace moisture in oil. It realizes effective on-line monitoring of 8 characteristic gases and trace moisture in transformer oil.
